Classic Partner Guide
Welcome to BIRTHEORY! Here's everything you need to get started as a Classic Partner.
Sign Up & Pay
Choose the Classic plan and complete the registration form. After payment through Stripe, your account is automatically activated — no manual approval needed.
Your $100 signup fee converts to 200 credits instantly. That's $200 in retail value — essentially free to start!
Access Your Dashboard
After activation, visit /partner to see your Partner Dashboard with 4 tabs:
- Overview — Stats, subscription status, quick actions
- Customers — See all your referred customers and their profiles
- Credits — Balance, transaction history, refill button
- Payment Gateway — Configure your payment gateway settings
Share Your Referral Link
In the Overview tab, you'll find your unique referral link. Copy it and share with your audience:
When someone signs up through your link, they become your customer automatically. The attribution lasts 1 year from first click.
💡 Tip: Share on social media, email newsletters, or embed in your website. Every customer who purchases through your link uses credits from YOUR pool.
Understand Credits
Credits are deducted when your customers use BIRTHEORY services:

Classic rate: 1 USD = 2 credits, so a $299 report costs you only $149.50 — that's 100% profit margin!
Refill Credits
When your balance is low, go to the Credits tab and click "Refill Credits". Enter the amount and pay via Stripe. Credits are added instantly at your Classic rate (1:2).
💡 Tip: Set up a reminder when your balance drops below 200 credits to ensure uninterrupted service for your customers.
Refer Other Partners
You can earn monthly bonus credits by recruiting other partners directly to BIRTHEORY:
- Refer a Classic partner → 2 credits/month
- Refer a Gold partner → 20 credits/month
- Refer a Platinum partner → 40 credits/month
Monthly Subscription
Your $9.99/month subscription maintains your partner status, dashboard access, and referral link. This fee is not converted to credits — it's a platform access fee.
If payment fails, your account will be suspended until the subscription is renewed.
